If you have chosen to ship your order outside the United States, please note that you are purchasing at your own risk. Laws and regulations vary from country to country regarding the sales and importation of vitamins and supplements.
BioSyntropy is not liable for and will not refund any orders lost or confiscated by customs. Please read our entire International Shipping Policy before placing an order outside of the United States
International sales tax will be calculated and applied to your order total during checkout. Custom fees, duties or tariffs may apply to your order, however, we cannot predict them in advance and BioSyntropy is not liable for these costs.
RESTRICTIONS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Products available at BioSyntropy are intended for personal use only. In an effort to prevent your shipment from being seized or held by Customs, your order should contain no more than a 90-day supply of each item.
The buyer is responsible for any import restrictions, prohibited import items, taxes, tariffs, fees, duties and return shipping if the package is returned to us. If the product you ordered is rejected by your local officials and sent back to us, we will refund the amount of the product purchase minus the shipping fees once the package is received back by us.
Occasionally, your local officials may hold a package for an extended period of time before contacting you. We have no control over this. You should contact your local Customs or Postal Service if the package appears delayed. BioSyntropy is not liable for and will not refund any orders lost or confiscated by customs.
Please note that we do not ship to the following Countries:
- Northern Mariana Islands
- Vatican City
Please note that due to import legislation and restrictions, we are not able to ship Pineal Chill to the following countries:
- Czech Republic
- Netherlands (Holland)
- United Kingdom
Please allow 1 - 2 business days to process and prepare your order for shipping - excluding weekends and holidays. Please note processing times are in addition to carrier delivery times. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following week.
If the shipping address on your order is incorrect, we cannot change the delivery address after an order has been shipped. Please know that we work directly with our shippers to help resolve address issues when possible, but we cannot be held responsible for any delays, fees, or other delivery issues if you've made an error in the shipping information on your order.
If such an error causes an order to be rejected, lost or destroyed, we cannot issue a refund or replacement of any kind. If the error causes the order to be sent back to us, you may be responsible for return shipping fees and we’ll only be able to refund you for the cost of the merchandise only.
If your parcel is being returned to sender due to any reason such as Unclaimed, Incomplete/Insufficient Address, or being Refused, only once the parcel arrives back at our facility will we issue a refund for the purchase price of the products minus shipping costs.
Before a refund is granted, the parcel must be checked in at our facility. You may also be responsible for return shipping fees. We cannot be held responsible for delays and transit times if your parcel is being returned. Refunds issued will be for the cost of the merchandise only; shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
At our warehouse, tracking numbers are assigned to packages almost immediately. However, it may take up to 3 full business days before the package is checked into the delivering carrier's tracking system after shipment. That means even though your package has already shipped from our warehouse and is on its way to you, the carrier may not be able to provide any information about your package for up to 3 full business days.
