If you have chosen to ship your order outside the United States, please note that you will be quoted and required to pay customs fees, taxes, duties or tariffs upon checkout of your order.
Import laws and regulations are always changing and vary from country to country. It is your responsibility to make sure that the supplements you order are allowed to be imported from the U.S.
We suggest that you contact your local customs office before placing an order to review the regulations for your particular country.
If the product(s) you ordered is rejected by your local officials and sent back to our warehouse for any reason such as Unclaimed, Incomplete/Insufficient Address, Prohibited/Banned items, only once the parcel arrives back at our warehouse in an undamaged, resalable condition will a Refund for the purchase price of the products be issued, less all shipping costs, tariffs, duties and taxes. You may also be responsible for return shipping fees. We cannot be held responsible for delays and transit times if your parcel is being returned.
We cannot process a refund on seized, damaged, opened, or non-returned items.
In an effort to prevent your shipment from being seized or held by Customs, your order should contain NO MORE than a 90-day supply of each item.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your product, simply contact customer care at email@example.com to request a return within 45 days from date you received your package. We cannot issue a refund until the parcel arrives back at our warehouse. Once we receive your returned items, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the products less all shipping costs, tariffs, duties and taxes. You are responsible for return shipping fees. We cannot be held responsible for delays and transit times if your parcel is being returned.
Although it is rare for International orders to be lost, please be aware that it can happen. Due to the import clearance process in your country, international orders can take up to 60 business days to clear customs. An international order will not be considered ‘lost’ until 60 business days from the date of shipment. We are unable to process claims until 60 business days period has passed. In the event your order has been lost, you must contact our customer support department at support @biosyntropy.com and report it as lost to us within 90 calendar days of date of purchase.
Orders that haven't been reported within 90 calendar days will not be eligible for a refund.
Address issues/Incorrect Address:
If our shipping system is not able to verify a shipping address, we will notify you via email to confirm and/or verify the shipping address. If we do not receive a response within one week of our notification, the order will be cancelled and refunded.
If the shipping address on your order is incorrect, please note that we cannot change the delivery address after an order has been shipped. Please know that we work directly with our shippers to help resolve address issues when possible, but we cannot be held responsible for any delays, fees, or other delivery issues if you've made an error in the shipping information on your order. If such an error causes an order to be rejected, lost or destroyed, we cannot issue a refund or replacement of any kind. If the error causes the order to be sent back to us, you may be responsible for return shipping fees and we’ll only be able to refund you for the cost of the merchandise only.
